Working for a growing, boutique wholesaler based in the Perth Metro, looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team. Seeking a passionate individual who appreciates quality, premium meat, strong work ethic, and a deep knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and presentation techniques.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Butcher
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butchery area
• Understand HACCP guidelines and procedures
